Your data is yours. Here is what I hold, why I hold it, and how to ask me to change or remove it.

Privacy Policy (The not-so-small print)

The not-so-small print

Effective: June 2026

This is where I tell you what I do with your information. I've tried to write it like a person rather than a contract, because that's closer to how I work. But it's still accurate, and it still holds.

I'm Martina, and I run Thought Wardrobe ApS. When you visit thoughtwardrobe.com or work with me, I'm the one responsible for your personal information - what's collected, why, and what happens to it. I handle it in line with the GDPR and Danish data protection law.

What I collect

When you reach out or sign up. If you join my newsletter, fill in a form, or contact me through the site, I collect what you give me - usually your name and email. My newsletter lives in Kit, and the site itself runs on Squarespace, so your details rest with them.

When you book a conversation. Scheduling runs through my own calendar (CalDav and Fantastical). That holds the time you've chosen and whatever you tell me when you book.

When you pay. Payments go through Stripe. I never see or store your card details - Stripe handles that, securely, on their side.

When you simply visit. Like most sites, mine notices things: your IP address, browser, the pages you land on. This comes through Squarespace and Google Analytics, and it uses cookies. You can say no to these (see Cookies, below).

When you become a client

If we work together, I keep a few more things.
Firstly, a small record in Notion: your name and our coaching dates, kept as documentation for my ICF credentialing. This never comes from the website. It comes only from our actual working relationship. All coaching calls, individual and group, happen over Zoom, and those tools hold the data. I do record group calls, which are stored on Zoom's servers and on Dropbox, including transcriptions. We sometimes think together visually on Miro, and we might also message on WhatsApp. For individual work, I usually delete the Miro boards within a year of our closure session. For group programs, both call recordings and Miro boards stay for as long as the program exists. I take what I hold seriously, and I keep it as minimal as possible.

Why I hold any of this

To do the work: to reply to you, send the newsletter if you've asked for it, arrange our time, process a payment, and keep the site running. And, where the law requires it, to meet my legal obligations.

I don't sell your information. I don't trade it. The only people who touch it are the services I named above - Kit, Squarespace, Google, Stripe - and they only process it to do their specific job for me, nothing more.

Cookies

My site uses cookies, mostly to understand how people find and move through it. You're free to refuse them through the cookie banner when you arrive, or through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do, but that's your choice to make.

What's yours

The information is yours, and so are these rights. You can ask me to:

  • show you what I hold

  • correct it if it's wrong

  • delete it

  • stop sending you anything you've opted out of

  • complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency) if you feel I've mishandled something

To do any of these, reach me through the contact form and I'll respond within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

I take reasonable care to protect what you share. I'll be honest, though: no system on the internet is ever perfectly secure. I do my part, and I won't pretend that's the same as a guarantee.

When data leaves the EU

Some of the services I use - Squarespace, Stripe, Google - are based in the US, which means your information may travel outside the EEA. When it does, those transfers are covered by the safeguards required under EU law (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect their information. If you think I have, tell me through the contact form and I'll remove it.

If this changes

I'll update this page if how I work changes. The date at the top tells you when I last did.
