There are moments in life when a part of you knows that the way you’ve been living, leading, or relating no longer works. You’re doing your best, but no matter how hard you try, things don’t change. Something has to give.
You know you can no longer do things the way you used to.
You've achieved what you set out to achieve, but you feel empty.
You keep meeting the same wall, the same patterns, the same loop.
You've lost your joy for life and don't recognise yourself anymore.
You're exhausted in a way that sleep won't fix.
You might be tempted to think it’s a problem to solve. It’s not. It’s something entirely different - an edge of something you can’t unknow - or bypass. Something true is coming to light, and you can no longer ignore it.
You may feel depleted or lost, but somewhere underneath it all, a part of you already knows - there is no way back, even if you don't know what's next.
You're on shifting ground. I meet you here.
Somewhere between
not anymore
and
not yet.

What happens in this space
This process is not about fixing your weaknesses or becoming a better version of yourself. It is a complete re-authoring of the script you've been living from - and a remembering of who you are beneath the roles, the achievements, the expectations, the masks you've worn to be accepted, to be safe, to be taken seriously. To be worthy.
These moments cost something. A role dissolving. An identity falling away. A relationship ending. Grief you did not expect to meet.
I do not pathologise the patterns that served you so far. I do not fix what is dissolving. And I do not rush endings.
I hold the fire steady. I walk with you as what no longer serves you falls away - and as what is truer begins to emerge. This is not a detour from the work. It is the work.
These moments are initiatory. They ask more of you. They ask who you are when you stop abandoning yourself. They insist that you stop outsourcing your authority and power. They may show up in your dreams, in your body, demanding that you dream of the kind of life that wants to be lived now.
If this feels like a yes, welcome.
I’m Martina
I grew up in the forest. I loved climbing trees - and mountains. I still do. It's where I feel most at peace.
I am Slovenian and carry our folklore and Slavic myths with me. I have moved countries three times, become a mother twice, and crossed more thresholds than I can count - personal, professional, ancestral.
Twenty years in design and innovation - as a doer, leader and design educator - across industries, companies and cultures - I’ve worked on hundreds of projects, large and small. I’ve been pathfinding through technological and relational shifts - the kinds that challenge what you think you know. This is the experience I bring into the work: bridging the abstraction of a vision and specific details down to a pixel - and everything in between. I know what work looks like at different heights.
I feel most alive in some of the most intense moments of the process. Moments where the collective field needs the most holding to stay with the trouble - just before turning it into something wildly creative and unconventional.
I hold the fire steady as we venture into the unknown. Together we shape the space between not anymore and not yet into now.
How I work with you
I’ve learned through my own crossings that clarity doesn’t come from doing more, explaining more, softening the truth or running away. It comes when you meet some of your biggest fears - with patience and love - and feet on the ground.
In our process, I bring grounded presence. I speak from fierce love that doesn't coddle to keep you comfortable. I hold your lived experience sacred and your response patterns as intelligent. I help you place patterns in their respective contexts (family, culture, and wider systemic dynamics). I help you see and name the unspoken. I honour your boundaries. I kindle your intuition and creativity. We work with your power directly - so you can use it consciously and intentionally.
Clarity comes when you trust yourself fully. When you do the thing you've been avoiding. When you remember who you really are.
A new possible
Life on the other side of the change doesn't suddenly become only easy. But it becomes more honest. More alive. More distinctly yours.
You trust your intuition - not as a vague feeling, but as a reliable inner compass.
You are grounded in your lineage, the land and your place in the world.
You stop deferring your authority to external experts - you trust yourself.
Boundaries become clearer and easier to set.
Walking away from bad situations becomes possible.
Belonging becomes unconditional.
You stop justifying and endlessly explaining.
You don't shrink when there's friction and heat - you stay.
You know you are good enough, unconditionally.
The way you lead your life changes. And that ripples outwards to all your relationships.
Who this is for
Leaders, change-makers, designers, founders, community builders, movement instigators - whatever the role, what brings you here is a longing for something truer. A willingness to look without flinching. A dream you can no longer ignore.
If you are ready to move beyond quick fixes, if you’re tired of trying to measure the immeasurable, and simple three-step processes, this is the space for you. If you are ready to question the story that your worth is tied to high performance and optimisation, this is the place.
If you're willing to work with your whole intelligence - body, psyche, intuition, relationships and the places where story meets the ground - you're welcome here.

What People Are Saying
“Wow.
My experience with Martina has genuinely been life changing and affirming. When I started my sessions with Martina I already had a lot of self-belief, but Martina helped me unlock that belief further, distill it and act on it. Martina has helped me uncover answers around building a team, building trust, setting a vision and being the best leader I can be.
Looking back, the number of achievements and milestones I've made blows my mind. Myself, my team, my company and my clients have all (unknowingly) benefitted from the conversations we've had together.
If you're thinking of working with Martina, do it. And come with an open mind, an open heart and the intention to be the most authentic version of yourself.
Thank you Martina!”
– Rich Pay - Creative Director & Owner of MOKSi Creative
“I am grateful for my time working with Martina. Martina was willing to meet me in unconventional waters. What started as career coaching moved to putting a clear focus on other aspects of life that needed my attention. We tackled friendships, relating, work, health, home, and more - and it was through this work that clarity on career started to naturally fall into place.
Martina was able to hold space for uncertainty. In some sessions, I came with full clarity on the next steps, only to return the next week with a new direction. Martina was there for it; you undoubtedly need that in a coach. While some friends might roll their eyes and call you wishy-washy, Martina could pluck from the seeds of the previous dream and turn that into new next steps, session after session.
Martina was skillful in navigating emotions that arose in sessions. While I had a sense she was comfortable with 'uncomfortable' emotions, her work when they arose was much more refined and skillful. She kept calm and took the opportunity to gently search deeper, to explore, and without fail, bring me to peace about the issue.
She's well-versed in a variety of nervous system regulating and visualization techniques, all of which seem to come in to play at exactly the right moment.
Over the course of our time together, she helped me grow into a person who could dream bigger. I'd previously been limited by my practicality, which, through coaching, I realized was fear masquerading as safety. I was encouraged through this to gently ease into making life changes, the implications of which are still unfolding in my life. Little by little.
Martina was patient, loving, and stern when needed. I think anyone would be lucky to work with her.”
– Katherine Twomey, Product Manager & User Researcher
“Coaching with Martina is like having one long, continuous conversation with yourself.
She not only listens, in this way that is rare in our age of distractions, she actually listens - also when you are not talking. Her ability to intuitively understand what you are "saying", finding that one important sentence that is important, or the way you move your hands, the underlying sound in your voice. She takes it all in, and in a very subtle manner helps you weave patterns and visualizations until your real story comes through - it is so powerful!
The space she facilitates and the conversations you have with her come to exist for far longer than inside the coaching room. Both mind and body are allowed to process thoughts and energies which live on for weeks - only to then be re-imagined and looked at from yet another angle at the next session. It turns into sense making, concrete action, and a broadening of the opportunities that lie within ourselves.
Martinas toolbox is extensive, and she knows how to use every single tool at just the right moments. I learned so much from our conversations, and I still carry it all with me in my daily life, as a guidance in how to be myself in this world, with all the power, courage, and vulnerability that is me.
I cannot recommend Martina enough, her coaching is worth every penny and more.
Thank you for being a true companion throughout this transformative period in my life.”

How the work often unfolds
Your questions answered
-
Coaching is a co-creative partnership, where the intention is to connect you to your intrinsic creativity and wisdom. We start with what's actually present: what your body is holding, what your instincts are registering, what the feeling underneath the story is saying. Thinking is part of it, but it comes into a circle alongside sensation, emotion, intuition, and imagination. We use all of it.
Coaching is not therapy. It works from a foundational premise: that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. That you already hold what you need. Nothing to fix. We explore what is possible and tap into your imagination, story and dreams to create the future - in the present moment. I ask the questions; you find the answers. My job is not to hand you mine.
Therefore, coaching is not mentoring. I might offer a framework, a story, a reference - when it's genuinely helpful - and only as something to think with, not as instruction. You discern what is genuinely helpful and right for you - at this time. The whole point is to build your inner authority, not replace it with mine.
Coaching is not consulting. I don't arrive with an agenda, a diagnosis and a plan. I work with your agenda and follow your process. Even when you forget it.
-
Yes. Therapy tends to work with the past - understanding, processing, healing.
Coaching can be healing, too, but it works from the present moment: what is true right now, in your body, in your experience, in what's pointing toward the future. However, the past often shows up in the present moment and we work with it from there.
We also work forward through imagination - embodying a possible future in the present in order to move from a new place.
Coaching and therapy are not mutually exclusive and in fact can be complementary.
If you're in acute psychological crisis, or dealing with past trauma, therapy is a good place to start and add coaching later.
-
Coaching is not a substitute for mental health care. If you're in acute crisis, experiencing active suicidal ideation, severe trauma responses, or a psychiatric episode, please reach out to a mental health professional or crisis service first. If you're living with managed and stable mental health challenges - depression, anxiety, trauma history - coaching can work well alongside therapeutic support. We'll make a clear-eyed decision about that together in the initial call.
Should there be an emergency while we are coaching, I'm trained in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and can provide immediate mental first aid and then refer you to a licensed mental health practitioner.
I always locate country-specific mental health practitioners and resources when I begin working with a new client.
I also ask for an emergency contact at the start of every engagement - so that if something unexpected arises, there's a responsible agreed pathway.
-
I won't promise you safety - because no one honestly can. Safety is embodied and personal. Your body reads situations based on its own accumulated experience, and that's not something I can guarantee.
What I can tell you is what I bring. I work actively with anti-racism and decolonisation. I'm a white, Slovenian woman working from Slavic earth-based and animist roots. I don't claim neutrality.
I claim rigour, ongoing unlearning, and a serious commitment to not causing harm.
If you identify as LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, a person of colour, disabled, neurodivergent, or hold any identity that has been systemically marginalised - your experience is not a side note. It's often where the most important information lives.
I also can't promise no harm. Working at this depth, harm can still happen. What I can promise is that I take it seriously when it does. I have a clear conflict and harm protocol [link] and I work to create conditions where difficulty can be named and addressed.
If you have access needs or anything that would help you participate more fully, please tell me.
Whether this space is right for you is yours to assess. Your body will tell you. The initial call is a good place to sense into it.
-
This question is worth paying attention to. It says something about the power you ascribe to me - when it is really yours to hold.
Results belong to you, not to me. What shifts depends on how ready you are to trust yourself, to commit to the process, and to do the work that becomes visible as we go. I hold your agenda, remind you of it, but you do the work.
What I can tell you is what past clients have moved toward: significant career transitions, stepping more fully into their authority, leaving roles that were slowly extinguishing them, rebuilding trust - with themselves and the people around them. Not because I promised those outcomes, but because they showed up and did the work.
The investment is significant, and intentionally so. It creates seriousness. You deserve to have your life taken seriously. You deserve the life you want - and I can genuinely support you getting there. I walk with you, not for you.
-
30.000 DKK + VAT is not a casual commitment - I know that. It reflects 12 sessions across six months, a unique illustrated coaching booklet, ongoing between-session support, and 20+ years of professional practice, training, and lived experience.
It also reflects what it costs to do this kind of work well. If you're comparing it to a weekend workshop or a business course, this isn't that. This is a sustained, relational process with real depth.
What you get are not a few hacks, but a forever system that you can keep using well after the coaching process is complete.
Payment plans are available - let's talk.
-
I take this question seriously. If at any point the work isn't landing or the fit feels off, I want to know. We'll talk it through first, make adjustments. And if it's genuinely not the right fit, we'll close with integrity. It’s not in your best interest or mine to keep working if we truly don’t fit.
I don't believe in holding people in spaces that don't serve them. I have a one month cancellation policy, so you can genuinely leave at any time and I can also refer you to a few trusted colleagues.
-
People who ask that question usually already know the answer.
Something in you reading this is either leaning in - or finding reasons to wait. Both are worth paying attention to. If you're unsure, book a first conversation. It's not a sales pitch - it's a real coaching call. We'll find out together whether this is the right moment.
If it’s a full body yes, we continue. And when in doubt, it’s usually a no and you might be better served elsewhere or wait for the right time.
-
The best way is for you to contact me through the contact form - and then we can book the initial coaching session. There, we explore what you would really like out of the process, the kind of change you’re looking for, the dreams you have - and we assess mutual chemistry.
Only then, we decide if we want to work together and how.
If a yes, we clear the formalities and arrange the coaching calls, establish the channels for communication and I send you your coaching materials.
Curious? Let’s talk.
