Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using www.thoughtwardrobe.com (the "Website") and engaging in any courses or services provided by Thought Wardrobe ApS ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Website and participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or engage in our services.

1. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for our programs or services. Please review the program details and description carefully before making a purchase.

2. Program Content

We strive to provide high-quality and up-to-date course content. However, we reserve the right to make changes, updates, or modifications to the course content at any time without prior notice.

3. Program Registration

By enrolling in our courses, you will be asked for information: name, employer, company name, role or job title, email address and telephone number. Some personal information will be required and will be collected through a 3rd party providers: Miro, Zoom, Circle, ConvertKit and Squarespace. Please check their respective privacy policies for more details. Payment and credit card information will be offered through Stripe - so please review the privacy policy for this as well. Additionally, some of the information may be stored on 3rd party servers and used for analytics to improve the services and programs we offer. Program communication will be delivered through program-specific emails on ConvertKit, with the option to unsubscribe. You also agree that your information, such as name, company name, role or job title, email address and phone number, can be shared with the other course participants.

4. Program Commitment

When signing up for any program or service offered by Thought Wardrobe ApS, you agree to actively participate, complete assignments, and fully engage in the learning process. Your commitment to the programs and learning process is essential to achieving the desired outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and audio, are the intellectual property of Thought Wardrobe ApS and protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. You agree not to distribute, reproduce in any shape or form or share any program content with third parties without our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all course materials, discussions, and proprietary information confidential. You shall not disclose or share any confidential information obtained through the course with third parties without our express written permission.

7. Relationship Agreement

The relationship between you and Thought Wardrobe ApS is that of a student and instructor for leadership programs and courses and a client and coach for coaching programs. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the parties. For more details, please read the Relationship Agreement.

8. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees or promises regarding specific results or outcomes from our programs. The results achieved will vary based on individual effort, commitment, and other factors. We provide educational content and guidance, but ultimate success depends on your dedication and application of the knowledge gained.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Website or participation in our programs or courses. We shall not be responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the course content.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denmark.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on the Website. By continuing to use the Website or engage in our programs and courses after any modifications, you accept and agree to the revised Terms.
