Facilitation differs from coaching because it has more clearly defined outcomes. My role as a facilitator is to drive the process towards those outcomes, which we define in collaboration with you and your team.

If what you are looking for is a one-off engagement rather than a longer process, I can facilitate your workshop, team-building day or strategy retreat. I held my first workshop 20 years ago when I was a designer at the Sony Design Centre in London. I’ve held hundreds of workshops on framing research, exploring new opportunities and concepts, mapping customer journeys and service blueprints, defining team strategy, product vision, and I’ve since moved towards workshops on leadership, culture and team collaboration.
